Restaurant makes “clean environment” a top priority

Wondering just how green the Dallas restaurant scene is these days?

Every disposable item the Cowboy Chow and Twisted Root restaurants use is green. The cups are made from corn syrup, paper from brown sugar and the grease is re-sold to be used in farm feed. Though it costs more to operate but helps to ease the conscience of the owner, Jason Boso.
